- A registered company with a verifiable address and named contact
- UK and EU Declarations of Conformity for each model
- Accredited laboratory test reports: electrical safety, EMC and radio
- A PSTI statement of compliance for connected products
- UN38.3 test summary and MSDS for products with lithium batteries
- RoHS and REACH declarations
- A named EU responsible person, or agreement to work with ours
- A committed security update period and a vulnerability process
