In short
These terms form the contract when you buy from us. You are buying from Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, you keep all your statutory rights for faulty goods, and our 12-month warranty is in addition to them.
1.Who we are
This website is operated by Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17515288. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. PrimeTech is a trading name of Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd.
You can contact us by email at support@peeurope.co.uk, or by writing to our registered office. Our customer care hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time.
2.These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by a consumer, meaning an individual buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Please read them before you order. You will be asked to accept them at checkout.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it; we send you a copy with your order confirmation.
We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom or a member state of the European Union. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3.How the contract is formed
- You add products to your basket and complete checkout, including delivery details and payment.
- We send an email acknowledging your order. This is not yet acceptance.
- The contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
4.Products
We describe each product, its specifications and its compliance information as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration; colours may differ slightly on screen. Packaging may vary from that shown.
Connected products require a compatible smartphone, an internet connection and, for some features, an account with the app provider named on the product page. Each such product states its minimum period of security updates.
5.Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate. For EU deliveries we collect EU VAT at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop scheme, so no further VAT or customs charges are due on delivery. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
If we discover a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when you place your order. Card details are processed by our payment processor and are never stored by us; see payment and security. Charges appear on your statement as PEEUROPE.CO.UK.
6.Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of payment. Estimated delivery times and costs for each zone are set out in our delivery and shipping policy. Unless we agree another date, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
7.Your right to cancel
You may cancel your contract within 14 days of the day you, or a person you nominate, receive the products, without giving a reason. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To cancel, tell us clearly, for example by emailing support@peeurope.co.uk. You may use the model cancellation form in our returns and refunds policy, but you do not have to. You must then send the products back within 14 days.
We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the products back or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. You pay the cost of returning products you no longer want. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the products more than necessary to examine them, as you would in a shop.
The right to cancel does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
8.Faulty products and your rights
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Customers in the United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, or if you prefer, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, to a price reduction or a refund. Faults that appear within six months are presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. You may be able to claim for up to six years.
Customers in the European Union
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country of residence, which lasts at least 2 years from delivery, and from any mandatory consumer protection in that law.
Our 12-month warranty is in addition to these rights and does not affect them. For a faulty product we pay reasonable return costs.
9.Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or equivalent EU law, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Events outside our control
If an event outside our control delays our performance, we will tell you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not delivered.
11.Your personal data
We use your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.
12.Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact customer care at support@peeurope.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints within 1 working day and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or an EU member state, in the courts of where you live. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
