Our story
Why the company exists.
Smart home and charging products are bought online every day, often from sellers that are hard to identify, with documentation that is incomplete or missing. When a device fails, stops receiving security updates or needs to be returned, the customer is left without anyone to hold responsible.
Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd was incorporated on 12 October 2026 to do the opposite: to sell a focused range under its own brands, with every product checked against UK and EU rules before it is listed, and with a registered UK company standing behind every sale.
Our first brand, PrimeTech, covers smart home security and charging: AI security cameras, video doorbells, smart plugs, magnetic power banks and 3-in-1 wireless chargers. These are categories where safety, data security and honest specifications matter most, which is why we started there.

We are the seller, not a marketplace
Every product on our shop is sold by Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd. We do not host third-party sellers, so responsibility never passes to someone else.

Paperwork before listing
Declarations of conformity, security statements and battery test reports are checked before a product goes on sale, not requested after a complaint.

Support from the United Kingdom
Customer care is run by our own team during UK business hours, by email and phone, with a reply within one working day.
