Delivery and shipping

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier; we will tell you if we expect a delay.

We do not currently deliver outside the UK and the EU, or to parcel lockers and BFPO addresses.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment, using Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. When your parcel leaves us, we email you a tracking link. You can also track your order on our website with your order number and email address.

If items in your order ship from different stock or at different times, we may send them separately at no extra cost. We will tell you when this happens, each parcel has its own tracking, and you are charged delivery only once per order.

Prices for EU delivery include EU VAT at the rate of your country, collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop. We prepare the customs paperwork. You will not be asked for VAT or a handling fee on delivery for orders up to €150. For any order above that value, we will contact you before dispatch to explain any import charges.

If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of the estimated date, or arrives damaged, contact support@peeurope.co.uk. We deal with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. You do not need to claim from the carrier yourself.
