Warranty

Defects in materials or manufacture that appear under normal domestic use within 12 months of delivery, including failure of the battery to hold a reasonable charge. We will repair or replace the product, or refund it if neither is possible, free of charge.

• Accidental damage, liquid damage or damage from misuse or incorrect installation;
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic marks;
• Products modified, repaired or opened by someone other than us;
• Use with chargers, cables or power supplies that do not meet the product's specification;
• Loss of features caused by changes to third-party apps, networks or services outside our control.

1. Email support@peeurope.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, a photo or short video.
2. We may suggest simple troubleshooting first, such as a reset or firmware update.
3. If the product needs to come back, we send you a prepaid label for the returns address we give you when you contact us.
4. We aim to send a repaired or replacement product within 10 working days of receiving it.

In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights for faulty goods for up to six years. In the EU, the legal guarantee of conformity lasts at least 2 years. These rights apply whether or not you claim under this warranty, and you may choose to rely on them instead.

This warranty is given by Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd, company number 17515288, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. It applies to products bought from us by consumers in the UK and the EU and is not transferable.
