Payment and security

Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

You pay in the currency shown at checkout, pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). Your card is charged when you place your order. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.

• Card details are entered into a secure form provided by our payment processor, which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
• The card number never passes through or is stored on our servers; we see only the payment result, the card type and the last four digits.
• Payments use 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by a one-time code.
• Every page of this site, including checkout, is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Charges from us appear on your statement as PEEUROPE.CO.UK. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact support@peeurope.co.uk before contacting your bank; we can usually explain it straight away.

To protect customers, orders are checked automatically for signs of fraud. We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch, or cancel it with a full refund if we cannot verify it. We never ask for your full card number, PIN or security code by email or phone.

Refunds are made to the card used for the order, in the same currency. They usually appear within 3 to 5 working days of our processing them, depending on your bank.
